It is designed for new and developing managers across Spokane, this cohort focuses on the essentials of effective leadership—guiding teams with confidence, shaping healthy culture, retaining great employees, and stepping into the identity of not just a manager, but a true leader within their organization.
How often?
Meeting once a month, participants will engage in interactive sessions that blend real-world management training with relatable tools they can immediately put into practice. Each gathering includes actionable takeaways, leadership frameworks, and practical resources that build month after month.
