About us

5/2 Strategies was formed ten years ago with a core belief: meaningful experience is as essential to effective consulting as theories and frameworks. While consulting is a six-billion-dollar industry nationally, we set out to build something fundamentally different. Our firm is grounded in the conviction that frameworks are most powerful when they are paired with lived experience and proven success.

At 5/2 Strategies, clients are matched with consultants whose experience aligns with their stage and challenge. Executive-level clients work with former CEOs and accomplished entrepreneurs. Mid-career clients engage consultants who have successfully navigated comparable professional paths. This intentional alignment ensures that insight is not merely theoretical, but earned and applied with credibility.

5/2 Strategies is a place where experience is meaningfully connected to tools, frameworks, and disciplined execution. Over the past decade, we have partnered with a diverse range of high-profile organizations, both nationally and locally. Our work has also extended beyond traditional corporate settings to include professional athletes and public leaders, alongside a majority of CEOs and entrepreneurs. This breadth reflects the trust placed in our approach and the distinctiveness of our firm.

The name 5/2 Strategies is inspired by Ian Fleming’s work on the James Bond novels. Although the first novel was published in 1953, the quiet, formative work occurred in 1952—laying the foundation for Fleming’s extraordinary success. We are guided by that same belief: the most important work is often done out of sight, and preparation is what enables performance.

At 5/2 Strategies, clients receive guidance from expert consultants who bring depth of experience, thoughtful preparation, and a commitment to meaningful results.
